How do I book a black car service in Orlando from Canada?
Use the Enroutz.ca booker to enter your Orlando pickup and destination and choose a vehicle. The Toronto desk confirms a fixed fare, a licensed Florida chauffeur partner performs the ride, and you receive a single confirmation, one invoice and a 24-hour contact if the flight or plans change.
Orlando is built for arrivals in volume. Families land in the morning, conference delegates land in the evening, cruise passengers land the day before embarkation, and all of them walk out into the same Florida heat looking for transport. The region is spread across a wide, flat basin, with attractions, hotels and the airport joined by toll roads and the I-4 corridor, so a journey that looks short on a map can take an hour when the afternoon storm hits.
That is the case for a pre-booked black car service in Orlando. Your chauffeur is already at the airport, knows which entrance of which resort is the right one, and sits with the luggage while you clear the terminal. Toronto travellers have an extra advantage: Orlando is on Eastern Time, the same clock as Ontario, so there is no jet lag to plan around when the first meeting is at 9 am.
How Enroutz.ca delivers a ride in Orlando
Our own fleet and chauffeurs operate in Toronto, the GTA and Ontario. In Florida the vehicle is supplied by a vetted local partner who holds the required state and county licences and carries commercial insurance. The vehicle is no more than four model years old, or up to seven for Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach. The Toronto desk books, confirms and invoices it.

This matters for two reasons. First, American law requires domestic point-to-point rides to be performed by US-licensed operators, so a Canadian car cannot pick you up at MCO and drop you at a resort. Second, you do not have to deal with a stranger's company when something goes wrong, because the desk that took your booking is the one that fixes it. You can read more about the model on the worldwide chauffeur network page, and about our reasons for running it this way in why Enroutz.ca.
Pricing is never printed here. The booker shows the exact fare for your addresses, the date and the vehicle class before you pay, and that amount is fixed.
Orlando International Airport: Terminal C, Terminals A and B, and the link between them
MCO has three terminals. Terminals A and B are the original complex. Terminal C, the South Terminal Complex, opened in 2022 and is where many international carriers now operate. According to the airport's Terminal C page, the airlines there include Aer Lingus, British Airways, Emirates, Icelandair, JetBlue, Lufthansa and Norse. International passengers enter on the top floor, and because Terminal C is a "Bags First" facility, you collect your luggage before you reach passport control.

The South Terminal Link, an automated people mover, connects Terminal C to Terminals A and B in about four minutes, and its station is on Level 3 in A and B. If you land in A or B but your chauffeur is at C, or the reverse, the link is how you cross, so tell us your airline and flight number and we tell the driver which terminal to wait at.
Flights from Toronto are the simple case. Pearson and Billy Bishop both operate a US preclearance facility, so travellers are inspected by CBP before boarding and skip CBP and TSA lines on arrival. You step off the plane, collect your bags and meet the chauffeur. Our free wait for that kind of domestic-style arrival is 30 minutes after landing. For flights from Europe or the Gulf, where you do clear US immigration at MCO, the free wait is 60 minutes after landing, which comfortably covers the immigration hall.
If you want a person at the door, add the meet-and-greet service: the chauffeur holds a name board inside arrivals, with an alias in place of your name if you prefer privacy.
Brightline: the train that starts at the airport
MCO has a rail station next to Terminal C. The airport states that Brightline serves MCO Orlando Station and that its stops include West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and Miami. For a traveller going from Orlando to South Florida, the train is a real alternative to a long drive, and for a visitor with light luggage it is often the better choice. A chauffeur is the right call when you need to start from a resort, carry golf clubs or a stroller, or finish at a specific address, which is how we handle the Orlando-to-Miami legs on the Miami car service page.

From MCO to the resorts: distances and drive times
No official page publishes a single distance to "the theme parks", because the parks sit in different places, so use these rounded ranges as planning figures and let the booker confirm the details for your address.

- International Drive hotels: roughly 19 to 24 km (12 to 15 miles), about 25 to 35 minutes by car.
- Walt Disney World resorts: roughly 27 to 35 km (17 to 22 miles), about 20 to 35 minutes depending on the resort and the hour.
- Universal Orlando and Epic Universe: about 26 to 29 km (16 to 18 miles), around 20 to 35 minutes. Epic Universe opened on 22 May 2025 at 1001 Epic Boulevard, and the Kirkman Road extension was built to feed it.
- Orange County Convention Center: the venue describes itself as minutes from the airport, and for planning we use 25 to 30 minutes.
Add 15 to 20 minutes for the late-afternoon peak and for summer thunderstorms, when the whole I-4 corridor slows at once. At resorts that are large campuses, ask your hotel which lobby your chauffeur should use, because the wrong one can add ten minutes inside the property.
Orlando airport transfer: how the options compare
Choose by group size, luggage, hour and who is waiting for you at the other end.
| Option | Time to I-Drive or Disney area | Cost note | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rental car | 25 to 35 minutes plus rental counter and parking | Variable, plus resort parking | Travellers who will drive daily |
| Local bus | 60 minutes or more with stops | Lowest | Single adults with a day to spare |
| Taxi | 25 to 40 minutes | Metered | Walk-up needs, no booking |
| Rideshare | 25 to 40 minutes | Surge-priced in peak waves | One or two travellers with light bags |
| Shared shuttle van | 45 to 90 minutes with hotel stops | Mid-range | Couples who do not mind a long loop |
| Private chauffeur from Enroutz.ca | 25 to 35 minutes, no stops | Fixed fare via booker | Families, groups, late arrivals, executives |
The public bus is the lowest-cost route, and if you are travelling alone and your hotel sits on its line, it is the right choice. Shared vans win when your schedule is open. Our service wins when three or more people share one vehicle, when a flight lands after dark, when small children are travelling, or when someone has to reach a meeting on time. For a deeper view of the trade-offs, the chauffeur vs rideshare guide covers surge pricing and waiting.
Families, car seats and the theme-park luggage problem
A group of five with two strollers and four large bags fits in a Luxury SUV (Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon Denali or similar), which takes up to 6 passengers and 5 to 6 large bags. A group of eight or more is better served by an Executive Sprinter, a Mercedes-Benz van for up to 12 people with 12 bags. See the fleet page for every class and group transportation for multi-van arrivals.
Child, toddler and booster seats are available on request at booking. Give us ages and weights and we confirm the right seat with the partner. Most vehicles have water, Wi-Fi and phone chargers, which is useful when the children are tired and the airport queue has taken an hour.
If two families land on different flights, we can send one vehicle to wait for both or two vehicles on separate trackers. Tell the desk when you book and the quote reflects it.
The Orange County Convention Center
The Orange County Convention Center sits on International Drive and Universal Boulevard. Its getting-here page lists the West Concourse at 9800 International Drive, the North Concourse at 9400 Universal Boulevard and the South Concourse at 9899 International Drive, and it notes that State Road 528 and Interstate 4 surround the centre. The I-Ride trolley stops in front of the West and North/South buildings, and ride-hail users are sent to one of three designated pickup points on campus.
IAAPA Expo, the large amusement-industry show, is listed at the centre for 16 to 20 November 2026. Whenever a show of that size runs, two things happen. Hotels along International Drive fill, and the pickup points on campus fill with ride-hail users at the same moment each evening. A booked chauffeur skips the queue because the meeting point is agreed in advance, usually at a quieter perimeter spot.

Port Canaveral cruises from Orlando
Port Canaveral is about 72 km (45 miles) east of Orlando International and the drive usually takes 45 to 60 minutes, via State Road 528, the Beachline Expressway. The port, whose authority is based at 445 Challenger Road in Cape Canaveral, is the departure point for cruise ships serving the Bahamas and Caribbean. Its website says it handled more than 8.6 million cruise passengers in fiscal 2025.
Cruise lines assign ships to terminals, and the terminal can change, so use the documents from the cruise line and share them with us. The planning rule is simple: the earlier the ship sails, the earlier you should arrive. A morning transfer after a night in Orlando is more relaxed than one from the airport on the same day.
Combine a flight and a ship in a single booking by asking the desk for an airport-to-terminal transfer. See Port Canaveral and the cruise ports hub for the details of luggage and embarkation windows.
Meetings, incentives and corporate travel
Orlando hosts large conventions all year. An executive attending one has a different need from a family: punctuality, quiet, a seat that allows a laptop to open, and an invoice that goes to the right cost centre. A corporate account gives monthly invoicing and references, and each ride is billed to the booker's cost centre.
A First Class Sedan in the Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series class, up to three passengers with two large and two cabin bags, is the usual choice for senior delegates, and an Executive Sedan fits the rest of the team. Mini-coaches and coaches of 20 to 56 seats, plus stretch limousines, are available on request with availability confirmed at booking.
US entry for visitors landing in Orlando
Entry requirements depend on nationality and are decided by US authorities. CBP states that ESTA determines eligibility to travel under the Visa Waiver Program and requires an e-Passport, and that admission itself is decided by an officer on arrival. We cannot assess your individual case, so check the government source before you fly. Share your full name and flight details with us, and we handle the rest of the arrival.
Timing, weather and your last day
Orlando afternoon storms are brief but heavy in summer. Build a 20-minute buffer on departure days, and do not schedule a connecting commitment within two hours of landing at MCO. For the airport run, the earlier you leave the hotel, the lower the chance of a missed check-in. Your chauffeur monitors the flight and the roads, and will message you if the departure time needs to change.
For other airports on the same US itinerary, see the USA hub, the MCO airport page, the airports hub and Miami airport transfers.
Frequently asked questions
How far is Orlando airport from Disney World and International Drive?
International Drive hotels are roughly 19 to 24 km (12 to 15 miles) from MCO, and Walt Disney World resorts roughly 27 to 35 km (17 to 22 miles). Expect 20 to 35 minutes, longer in the late-afternoon peak or during storms.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at MCO?
The confirmation names the meeting point for your terminal. Because Terminal C and Terminals A and B are separate buildings, we ask for your airline and flight number so the chauffeur waits in the right one. A name-board meet-and-greet is available as an add-on.
Do flights from Toronto clear US customs in Orlando?
No. Toronto Pearson and Billy Bishop both have US preclearance, so inspection takes place before departure and you arrive like a domestic passenger. Flights from other countries clear immigration at MCO instead.
Can a car take us from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral?
Yes. The port is about 72 km (45 miles) from the airport and the drive usually takes 45 to 60 minutes. Send us your ship name and sailing time and we plan the pickup so you reach the terminal inside the cruise line's check-in window.
Is the train cheaper than a car from Orlando to Miami?
Brightline runs from the station at MCO to Miami, with stops that include Fort Lauderdale. It can be a good choice for light travellers. A chauffeur suits you when you need door-to-door service or carry bulky luggage; the booker shows a fixed fare.
Do you supply child seats?
Yes. Child, toddler and booster seats are provided on request when you book. Tell us how many children are travelling and how old they are, and we confirm the right seats with the Orlando partner.
What happens if my flight to Orlando is delayed?
We track every flight. Waiting time starts at the actual landing time, with 30 minutes free for domestic-style arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals. If a delay is long, your chauffeur adjusts with no need to rebook.
Can Enroutz.ca provide armed drivers or bodyguards?
No. We are a chauffeur company and not a security firm, so we do not supply armed drivers or bodyguards. We work alongside your own security team when you have one.
Will drinks be available in the vehicle?
Water is available in most vehicles. We never promise alcohol on board, and local law applies to anything carried in a vehicle.
