How booking works

1. Enter the trip. Pickup and drop-off addresses, or the airport, terminal, port or station, plus date and time.
2. Add the flight. We track it and move the pickup if the landing changes.
3. Choose the vehicle. The all-in fare for each class is shown before you choose.
4. Confirm. An email confirms the fare at once; the chauffeur’s name, phone and vehicle follow before pickup.

Trips outside Canada

For New York, London, Paris, Dubai and every other city we cover, enter the pickup in the same booker or send the itinerary to the desk. A vetted, licensed local partner is assigned, the fixed quote is confirmed in writing, and the trip appears on the same Enroutz.ca confirmation and invoice as your Toronto rides. Changes and cancellation

Counting back from the booked pickup time: more than 72 hours ahead costs nothing; inside 72 hours the fee is 10% of the booking, inside 48 hours 50%, and inside 24 hours, or if nobody shows, 100%. Large conventions, festivals and race weekends can carry an earlier cut-off, printed on your confirmation.
