How a booking works

1. Enter the trip in the booker: an address, a terminal, an FBO, a cruise pier or a station, with the date and time.
2. Add the flight number for airport pickups; the pickup time moves with the actual landing.
3. Choose a vehicle class: executive sedan, first-class sedan, luxury SUV, Executive Sprinter or coach.
4. Confirm. The chauffeur's name, phone number and vehicle details follow before the pickup.

International arrivals get 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, domestic arrivals 30. Cancelling more than 72 hours ahead costs nothing.
