- Bookings: name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off details, flight numbers, passenger and luggage details, and payment information processed by the booking platform.
- Quote requests and messages: what you enter in the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
- Website use: anonymous analytics on pages visited and general location, if analytics is enabled.
Why we use it
To arrange and deliver your trip, to share the details a chauffeur or partner operator needs to collect you, to send confirmations and invoices, and to answer your requests. We do not sell personal information.
Partners abroad
For rides outside Toronto and Ontario, the details needed for the trip (passenger name or alias, contact number, pickup details and flight) are shared with the assigned partner operator only.
Discretion
Chauffeurs and partners do not photograph clients or publish anything about their trips. NDAs are available on request.
Retention and security
We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, and protect them with access controls. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored on this website.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by writing to support@enroutz.ca.
