Events change how a city moves. A festival closes streets, a fair doubles the traffic on one corridor and a convention sends two thousand people to the same door at 8:30 am. An event chauffeur service is the antidote: a driver who knows where the cars queue, a pickup point chosen for the crowd and a schedule that follows your itinerary, not the road.
This hub is the starting point for every event and venue Enroutz.ca covers. Toronto is the home base, with the desk, fleet and chauffeurs working from the city. For events abroad, the ride is delivered by a vetted, licensed and commercially insured local chauffeur partner, and the Enroutz.ca desk books, confirms and invoices it.
Who is the best event chauffeur service in Toronto?
The best choice is a service that books in advance, tracks your flight, chooses the right pickup point for the crowd and quotes a fixed fare before you pay. Enroutz.ca does this from its Toronto desk. Pick your event below, then enter the pickup in the online booker.
Event transport is different from a normal airport run in three ways. The destination is crowded, the timing is fixed by someone else and the exit is as hard as the entrance. A good plan solves all three before you leave the hotel.
How event transport works with Enroutz.ca
In Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, rides are operated from the Toronto desk with the Enroutz.ca fleet and chauffeurs. Everywhere else, including the rest of Canada, the USA, Europe and the Middle East, the ride is delivered by a vetted, licensed and commercially insured local chauffeur partner and booked, confirmed and invoiced by the Enroutz.ca desk. There is one booking, one confirmation, one invoice and one point of contact, around the clock. Partner vehicles are no more than four model years old, and up to seven years old for Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach.

Trips inside the USA are delivered by US-licensed partners, because Canadian vehicles cannot do domestic point-to-point work there. Cross-border trips between Toronto and the USA run from Toronto.
The same chauffeur standards apply on every continent: flight tracking on airport pickups, discretion, licensed and commercially insured vehicles, and a fixed fare quoted before you pay.
The events calendar: dates we have confirmed
The table below lists dates published by the organisers or venues themselves as of 9 October 2026. Where an organiser had not published a date, the table says when the event is usually held, and you should confirm it with the organiser.

Toronto venues we serve
Four Toronto-area venues host many of the city's trade and consumer events. Each has its own guide covering entrances, distances and the transport options that work.

- Metro Toronto Convention Centre: the North Building at 255 Front Street West and the South Building at 222 Bremner Boulevard, connected to Union Station by SkyWalk. About 27 km (17 miles) from Pearson, usually 30 to 50 minutes.
- Enercare Centre at Exhibition Place: 100 Princes' Boulevard, with seven exhibit halls and about one million square feet. About 25 km (16 miles) from Pearson, usually 30 to 50 minutes.
- Toronto Congress Centre: 650 Dixon Road, close to Pearson. About 6 km (4 miles) from the terminals, usually 10 to 20 minutes.
- The International Centre in Mississauga: 6900 Airport Road, about 3 km (2 miles) from Pearson, usually 5 to 15 minutes.
For the business calendar, including shows overseas, see the trade shows hub.
How the type of event shapes the transfer
Not all events behave alike. Matching your booking to the pattern saves time.

- Festivals (TIFF, Cannes): scheduled screenings, red carpets and parties. The key issue is the pickup point. Chauffeurs wait away from the main doors and come forward on a call.
- Fairs and exhibitions (Royal Winter Fair, CNE, AutoShow): long days, many visitors and an afternoon exit surge. A timed return pickup or an hourly booking keeps the day calm.
- Sport and racing (National Bank Open, Monaco Grand Prix): fixed session times, security checks and road closures. Pickups are planned around the closed routes.
- Cultural parades and carnivals (Toronto Caribbean Carnival): large crowds and closed streets. Expect pickups at the edge of the zone, not the centre.
- Conferences and trade fairs: staggered arrivals, a morning surge and a late-afternoon rush to the airport.
In every case, give the desk three facts: where you start, the exact gate or building you need and the time you must be there. The booker records them and the chauffeur is briefed.
Which way to get there? An honest comparison
Event venues vary from one train ride away to nowhere near a station. This table compares the real alternatives for a typical Toronto event.
| Option | Typical time | Cost note | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| UP Express plus subway or SkyWalk | About 25 to 30 minutes from Pearson to Union Station | Lowest | Solo visitors with one bag and a flexible schedule |
| GO Transit | Varies by line | Lowest | Visitors from the GTA, especially to Exhibition Place |
| TTC subway, streetcar and bus | Varies | Lowest | Local visitors travelling light |
| Taxi | 30 to 50 minutes from Pearson to downtown | Metered | Single trips with no deadline |
| Rideshare | 30 to 60 minutes | Surge-priced when an event lets out | Casual trips with a flexible plan |
| Hotel shuttle | Varies | Often included | Guests at properties that run one |
| Rental car | 30 to 50 minutes | Daily rental plus parking | Visitors who also tour widely |
| Private chauffeur from Enroutz.ca | 30 to 50 minutes from Pearson to downtown | Fixed fare via the booker | Executives, talent, groups, anyone with luggage or a hard deadline |
If you are travelling alone with one bag to a venue beside a station, the train is the better choice, and we say so on each venue guide. A chauffeur earns its place with luggage, a group, a formal evening or a schedule that cannot slip.
Celebrity, talent and high-profile guests
Events attract guests who need privacy. Discretion is standard: chauffeurs never photograph clients or post about their trips, and an NDA can be signed on request. A name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals is available as an add-on, and an alias name can appear on the board. Our VIP and celebrity chauffeur page covers the details.
Enroutz.ca is a chauffeur service, not a security company. We do not provide armed drivers or bodyguards. We work alongside a client's own security team and coordinate the car with them. See executive protection transport for how that works in practice.
Vehicles for events
All vehicles are "or similar", with the exact model confirmed at booking.
- Executive Sedan: Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Cadillac CT6 or Lyriq or similar, up to three passengers with two large and two cabin bags.
- First Class Sedan: Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series or similar, up to three passengers with two large and two cabin bags.
- Luxury SUV: Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon Denali or similar, up to six passengers and five to six large bags.
- Executive Sprinter: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, up to 12 passengers and 12 bags.
- Mini-coach and coach: 20 to 56 seats, on request.
- Maybach, Rolls-Royce, stretch limousine and armoured vehicles: on request, with availability confirmed at booking.
The fleet page shows each class. Most vehicles have Wi-Fi, water and phone chargers, and a child, toddler or booster seat can be added when you book.
Groups, sponsors and corporate events
Event hosts and sponsors often need a whole programme moved: guests from the airport, a shuttle loop between hotel and venue and a late-night return. The desk can stage several vehicles, assign a coordinator and issue a single confirmation and one invoice. Corporate accounts include monthly invoicing. Our event transportation service explains the planning side, group transportation covers Sprinters and coaches, and meetings, incentives and conferences covers corporate programmes. For weddings, see wedding chauffeur.
Airports, stations and hotels around events
Most event travellers arrive by air. Flight tracking is included on every airport pickup, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing on international arrivals, 30 minutes domestic and 15 minutes on other pickups. See our airports hub and, for Toronto, the Pearson Airport limo page. Rail arrivals are covered on the train stations hub. Hotels near event districts are on the hotels hub.
If you are visiting Toronto for the first time, our flagship black car service in Toronto page explains the city, and the travelling to Toronto guide covers entry and arrival basics.
Cancellation for events
Standard terms, measured from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours' notice, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Large events and conventions may carry a different deadline, which is stated on your confirmation. Read the confirmation for any event booking.
Official event and venue sources
Always check the organiser before you travel. The Canadian International AutoShow lists its dates. Exhibition Place publishes its events calendar, and the CNE lists its next dates. The Cannes Film Festival and Art Basel publish their dates, and the Toronto Caribbean Carnival lists its schedule.
Frequently asked questions
How much is an event chauffeur in Toronto?
Pricing is built per trip, from the pickup address, the vehicle and the hour. Put your route into the online booker and the all-in fare appears before you pay. It is locked once you confirm.
Can I book a chauffeur for a Toronto event months ahead?
Yes. Book as soon as you know your dates and itinerary, particularly for TIFF, the AutoShow and other peak weeks. Flight details can be added later, and flight tracking adjusts the pickup if a plane runs late.
Will the chauffeur wait for me during the event?
Yes, if you book it that way. An hourly booking keeps the car and chauffeur with you, and a timed return pickup is the lighter option, while non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of waiting.
Do you serve events outside Toronto?
Yes. Outside Toronto, the GTA and Ontario, rides are delivered by vetted, licensed and commercially insured local partners and booked, confirmed and invoiced by the Enroutz.ca desk. Enter any pickup in the booker, and the desk confirms a fixed quote.
Which Toronto venue is closest to Pearson airport?
The International Centre in Mississauga, about 3 km (2 miles) away, and the Toronto Congress Centre, about 6 km (4 miles). The convention centre and Exhibition Place are downtown and about 25 to 27 km (16 to 17 miles) from Pearson.
Can you move a large group to an event?
Yes. Executive Sprinters carry up to 12 passengers and 12 bags. Mini-coaches and coaches with 20 to 56 seats are available on request. One confirmation and one invoice cover the whole group.
Do you offer security for event guests?
No. This is a chauffeur service rather than a security firm: no armed drivers, no bodyguards. Where a guest has their own security team, the car is coordinated with them.
Is public transit a better choice for some events?
Sometimes. Venues beside Union Station or GO Exhibition station can be easier by train, particularly for light travellers. A chauffeur makes sense with luggage, a group, formal dress or a tight schedule.
What is the cancellation policy for event bookings?
Standard bookings are free to cancel more than 72 hours ahead, then 10%, 50% and 100% as the pickup approaches. A large event or convention may set its own deadline, shown on the confirmation.
