Most trips are booked in a minute in the online booker: the fare for every vehicle class appears before you pay. Groups, multi-day programmes and trips outside Canada can also be sent to the desk through the contact form.
Frequently asked questions
Is the fare fixed?
Yes. The booker shows the all-in fare for your exact addresses and vehicle before you confirm. It does not change with traffic. Extra stops, extra waiting beyond the free allowance or extra hours added during the trip are confirmed with you before they are added.
How much free waiting time is included?
60 minutes after landing on international flights, 30 minutes on domestic flights and 15 minutes at other pickups.
What happens if my flight is late or early?
Every airport pickup is flight-tracked, so the chauffeur's pickup time moves with the actual landing time at no charge.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Your confirmation states the meeting point for that airport and terminal. Many airports require pre-arranged cars to wait in a designated zone; a name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals can be added where the airport allows it.
Can I book a chauffeur outside Canada?
Yes. Enter the trip in the booker or send the itinerary. A vetted, licensed local partner is assigned and the fixed quote is confirmed in writing, on the same Enroutz.ca confirmation and invoice.
Can I book under a different name?
Yes. An alias can appear on the name board and the trip sheet. NDAs can be signed by the chauffeur and the desk before the trip.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, infant, toddler and booster seats on request at booking.
Do you provide security or bodyguards?
No. Enroutz.ca is a chauffeur service, not a security company. We work alongside your own security team on routes, staging and timing.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours before pickup: no charge. 72 hours or less: 10%. 48 hours or less: 50%. 24 hours or less, or no-show: 100%. Large events and conventions can carry an earlier deadline, printed on the confirmation.
Can my company get monthly invoicing?
Yes, through a corporate account.
