Exhibition Place is a large lakefront site west of downtown Toronto, and the Enercare Centre is its biggest exhibition building. If you have a booth to open, a meeting in one of the halls or a fair to attend, Enercare Centre transportation is mostly a question of timing and entrances: on show days the roads and gates around the grounds change character, and a chauffeur who has worked them before knows where to stop.
This page covers how to reach 100 Princes' Boulevard by private car, what is on the calendar, and when public transit is genuinely the better choice.
What is the best way to get to the Enercare Centre by car service?
Book a chauffeur to the Enercare Centre at 100 Princes' Boulevard, Toronto, and name the hall or the event so the driver knows the entrance. From Pearson it is about 25 km and usually 30 to 50 minutes. The booker shows the exact fixed fare for your address and vehicle.
The venue's own site describes the Enercare Centre as Canada's largest exhibition hall, with seven exhibit halls and about one million square feet of space. That scale shapes the trip. A visitor can be dropped at the right gate and still face a long indoor walk, so telling the desk which hall, booth or door you need is more useful than giving only the street address.
Enroutz.ca runs Toronto, the GTA and Ontario from its own desk with its own fleet and chauffeurs, so a transfer to Exhibition Place is operated directly, not handed to a third party.
Exhibition Place in one paragraph for first-time visitors
If you are arriving from the USA, Europe or the Gulf, "Exhibition Place" can sound like a single building. It is a campus. The Enercare Centre is the main hall, and other buildings sit on the same grounds, including the Automotive Building, which the venue says connects directly to Hotel X and the Enercare Centre, and the Better Living Centre. Hotel X Toronto has its own page in our Toronto hotels guide, and the wider hotel picture is in the hotels hub.

Because several events can run on the grounds at once, the same address can mean different buildings. Your confirmation will list the building, and your chauffeur will carry it.
How far is the Enercare Centre from Pearson, Billy Bishop and downtown?
The distances below are approximate road distances, with the usual drive times outside rush hours.

- Toronto Pearson to the Enercare Centre: about 25 km (16 miles), usually 30 to 50 minutes. Delays build on weekdays between 4 pm and 6:30 pm. See our Pearson Airport limo page for terminal pickup details.
- Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport to the Enercare Centre: about 5 km (3 miles), usually 15 to 25 minutes. The Billy Bishop page covers that airport.
- Metro Toronto Convention Centre to the Enercare Centre: about 4 km (2.5 miles), usually 10 to 25 minutes. This is the typical hop for a week that splits between the convention centre and the exhibition grounds.
- Union Station to the Enercare Centre: about 4 km (2.5 miles), usually 10 to 25 minutes. The Union Station page explains rail-concourse pickups.
The fare for your address and vehicle appears in the booker before you commit.
Enercare Centre ground transport compared
Exhibition Place says plainly that transit is the preferred option when events are on, because traffic is heavy. That is useful advice and we pass it on.

| Option | Typical time from downtown or Pearson | Cost note | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| GO Transit to Exhibition station | A short train ride from Union Station; check the current GO schedule | Lowest | Day visitors with light bags, anyone avoiding traffic |
| TTC surface transit | Varies by route and traffic | Lowest | Local visitors with no luggage |
| Taxi | 30 to 50 minutes from Pearson | Metered | Single travellers arriving without a plan |
| Rideshare | 30 to 60 minutes from Pearson | Surge-priced when a large event lets out | Occasional trips with some flexibility |
| Drive and park in the on-site lots | 30 to 50 minutes from Pearson | Paid by the day | Visitors with a rental car |
| Hotel shuttle | Varies | Often included | Guests of a hotel that runs one |
| Private chauffeur from Enroutz.ca | 30 to 50 minutes from Pearson | Fixed fare via the booker | Exhibitors, executives, groups, heavy gear, tight schedules |
If you are alone, travelling light and arriving by rail at Union Station, the GO train is the smarter choice and we say so. The numbers shift when you are carrying exhibit materials, travelling with a team or arriving from an overnight flight.
Entrances, drop-off and parking: what the venue publishes
The venue's visitor page lists five vehicle entrances: Dufferin and Saskatchewan, Strachan Avenue and Manitoba Drive, Newfoundland and Lakeshore Boulevard, Ontario Drive and Lakeshore Boulevard, and British Columbia and Lakeshore Boulevard. Which one is best depends on the hall and the hour, so the chauffeur picks the approach on the day.

For rail users, the North Side Station Entrance to GO Exhibition station opened on 25 October 2024, and pick-up and drop-off for that entrance is on Atlantic Avenue. Older maps and older phone apps may still show the previous layout.
Parking on the grounds is about 5,400 spaces including 1,300 underground, according to Exhibition Place, with the Enercare Centre garage holding 850 spaces. These figures are why self-drivers on a big show day should arrive early. The venue's published day rates change, so check its page rather than relying on a number here.
A chauffeur sidesteps the whole question. You are dropped at the entrance you need and collected at a timed point, and the car does not occupy a space for eight hours.
What is on at the Enercare Centre and Exhibition Place
Exhibition Place publishes an events calendar. As shown on 9 October 2026, the entries for the next weeks include:
- Electricity Transformation Canada: 19 to 21 October, Enercare Centre.
- Navrang Navratri Festival Canada: 24 to 25 October, Enercare Centre. Navratri is a nine-night Hindu festival celebrated with music and dance, and evening crowds can be large.
- UHN Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival: 28 October, Enercare Centre.
- Royal Agricultural Winter Fair: 6 to 15 November 2026, Enercare Centre.
- One of a Kind Christmas Show: 27 November to 6 December, Enercare Centre.
Other events listed the same week take place in the Automotive Building, the Better Living Centre and the Queen Elizabeth Building. The Canadian National Exhibition, which the organiser's site says is next held from 20 August to 6 September 2027, is the grounds' best-known summer fixture. Our events hub tracks the Toronto fixtures, and the trade shows hub covers the business calendar.
Exhibitors: move-in days, booth teams and tight turnarounds
Trade-show weeks begin before the doors open. Exhibitors arrive for build days, often in the early morning, and they carry more than a laptop bag. A chauffeur booked for the build days can collect a team from the hotel, drop them at the correct loading access and return for a late-evening finish.
Practical points:
- Tell the desk the hall and the booth zone. The Enercare Centre is large, and the dock and the front door can be far apart.
- Choose the vehicle for the load. A Luxury SUV seats up to six passengers with five to six large bags. An Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 passengers and 12 bags.
- Use the hourly option on show days. A booked block lets one car move between the hotel, the venue and a client dinner. See our hourly chauffeur page.
- Plan for exit surges. When a large event closes, hundreds of cars leave at once. A pickup timed 20 minutes after closing is calmer than one at the final bell.
For wider exhibitor logistics, the trade show transportation service page explains how teams and equipment are coordinated.
Airport arrivals for Enercare Centre events
Flight tracking is included on every airport pickup. International arrivals come with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, domestic arrivals with 30 minutes. Name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals is an add-on, and an alias name can appear on the board for privacy. If you are landing from New York, London or Dubai and going straight to a morning show, the desk will quote the route and the pickup time together.
A first-time visitor needs the airport basics: the Toronto airport transfer and airport limo Toronto guides cover the terminals, customs timing and how pickups work.
Corporate accounts and group movements
Event organisers, sponsors and exhibitor teams often book several cars at once. The desk can stage multiple vehicles across arrival waves, issue one confirmation and one invoice, and name a single contact for the group. Corporate accounts offer monthly invoicing, and our group transportation service covers Sprinters and coaches. Mini-coach and coach vehicles from 20 to 56 seats are available on request.
Large events and conventions may carry a different cancellation deadline, stated on the confirmation. Standard terms: more than 72 hours' notice, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%, measured from the scheduled pickup time.
Fairs, festivals and evening events: how the day differs from a trade show
A trade show is mostly a morning and early-evening pattern. A public fair or a festival at the Enercare Centre is different. Families arrive through the afternoon, the busiest exit comes late, and the closing hour is usually when the lakefront roads fill. If you are attending an evening event such as a wine festival or a cultural night, plan the return as carefully as the arrival.
Three habits make the evening easier:
- Book the return at the same time as the arrival. The desk can hold a timed pickup near the exit you plan to use, so you are not searching a crowd for a plate number.
- Agree a pickup point away from the main gates. A chauffeur can wait a short walk from the busiest entrance, and you meet the car there.
- Dress for the walk. In winter the distance between a hall door and a pickup point can matter. Toronto's fairs run through November and December, and the lakefront is windier than downtown.
For guests who would rather not worry about any of it, an hourly booking holds the same car and chauffeur from the hotel to the hall, to dinner and back, and the chauffeur handles coats and shopping bags between stops.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service to the Enercare Centre?
Your fare follows from the pickup address, the vehicle and the hour of travel. Try the trip in the online booker; the complete fare is displayed before payment and is fixed when you confirm.
What address do I give the chauffeur for the Enercare Centre?
The address is 100 Princes' Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario. Add the hall, the event name or the booth zone to your booking notes, because Exhibition Place has several buildings and several gates.
How far is the Enercare Centre from Pearson airport?
About 25 km (16 miles), and the drive usually takes 30 to 50 minutes. Rush-hour traffic and event-day congestion on Lakeshore Boulevard can add to it, which is why flight tracking and timed pickups matter.
Is it easier to take the train to the Enercare Centre?
For light travellers, often yes. GO Transit serves the grounds through Exhibition station, and the venue recommends transit on busy days. A chauffeur makes more sense with luggage, a team or a client.
Can the chauffeur wait while I attend a show?
Yes. Hourly bookings keep the car and chauffeur with you for the day, and the alternative is a timed return pickup. On non-airport pickups the chauffeur waits up to 15 minutes.
Do you serve the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair?
Yes. The fair is listed at the Enercare Centre from 6 to 15 November 2026. Book early for opening weekends and evening events, when demand is high and the grounds are busiest.
Can you transport a group of 12 to a trade show?
Yes. Twelve people with twelve bags fit an Executive Sprinter, and anything larger is a mini-coach or coach (20 to 56 seats) on request.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Ask for a child, toddler or booster seat when you book. Wi-Fi, water and chargers are fitted in most vehicles, though not all.
Is there a different cancellation policy for large events?
It can be. A large event or convention may set its own deadline, and the confirmation says what it is. Otherwise, cancelling more than 72 hours ahead costs nothing.
