Hotel X Toronto car service: a chauffeur for the Exhibition Place district
Hotel X stands at 111 Princes' Boulevard, on the lakeshore side of Exhibition Place, west of the downtown core. Its own website lists more than 17 meeting and event venues and over 60,000 square feet of function space, a guest list that swings between leisure travellers and delegates, and a three-level rooftop bar. The Hotel X Toronto car service from Enroutz.ca is designed for the traffic that pattern creates: airport arrivals from abroad, crews moving between the hotel and a show floor, and guests who come for a match or a concert and want a clean exit afterwards.
Enroutz.ca works out of a Toronto desk with its own vehicles and chauffeurs. Travellers from the United States, Europe and the Middle East book before they leave home, see an exact fixed fare for their addresses and vehicle class, and receive a written confirmation. The ride is quoted before you book, not metered.
How far is Hotel X from Pearson Airport?

Pearson is about 25 km from Hotel X. Outside peak hours the drive usually takes 30 to 45 minutes via Highway 427 and the Gardiner Expressway, and it can run past an hour on a weekday evening or on an event night at Exhibition Place.
Hotel X is one of the Toronto hotels where the date matters as much as the time of day. A normal Tuesday afternoon is easy. A Saturday with a match at BMO Field, or the opening morning of a large show at the Enercare Centre, is another matter: the Gardiner exits and the streets around Princes' Boulevard fill up, and the final few hundred metres can take longer than the first twenty kilometres. Your chauffeur checks the Exhibition Place calendar and the live traffic before pickup and chooses the approach accordingly.
The exhibition grounds themselves are public land with their own internal roads, and the official Exhibition Place site lists the address as 100 Princes' Blvd. The venues on site are listed there, including the Enercare Centre and the Automotive Building, which the site describes as having a direct connection to Hotel X and the Enercare Centre.
What the hotel's own services mean for your transport plans
It helps to be precise about what the hotel provides, so you can plan sensibly. According to Hotel X's own website, a complimentary house car service offers drop-offs within a 5 km radius, daily from 7 am to 10 pm, arranged through the concierge. That is a useful service for a short hop to a nearby restaurant, and in that situation the sensible choice is to use it.

An Enroutz.ca chauffeur is the better option when the trip is longer than 5 km, outside those hours, involves a flight, needs a specific vehicle class, or must be guaranteed days in advance. In practice that covers three situations: the airport run, a multi-stop day, and an event where several guests need to arrive together.
Airport arrival at Hotel X: the sequence
- Book ahead. Enter your flight number, the hotel, passenger numbers and bags.
- After you land. Pearson has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and your confirmation names the meeting point. International arrivals carry 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, and domestic ones 30.
- Meet. You can add a name-board meet and greet inside arrivals, with an alias on the board if you prefer.
- Drive. Wi-Fi, water and phone chargers are available in most vehicles. Child seats are provided if you ask at booking.
- Arrive. Luggage goes to the entrance; you do not need to pay on the way.

The Pearson airport limo page describes terminals and customs timing in more detail. If you are travelling from outside Canada, check whether you need an authorization before you fly; the Government of Canada's eTA page lists a CAN$7 fee as of 2026.
Hotel X to Billy Bishop: the island airport link
From the exhibition grounds, Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is the other airport worth considering. It sits at 2 Eireann Quay, at the foot of Bathurst Street. Billy Bishop lists daily operating hours of 5:00 am to 11:00 pm and says the pedestrian tunnel on the mainland side crosses the Western Channel; the tunnel is 853 feet long and the walk takes six minutes or less. A ferry also runs to the island, leaving from the foot of Bathurst Street, with a crossing of about 90 seconds and departures every 15 minutes.

For a departure, plan to arrive at the mainland pavilion with the same margin you would allow at any airport: the tunnel is quick, but check-in, security and your airline's cut-off times still apply. Our Billy Bishop page and the airport limo Toronto page compare the airports within reach of Toronto.
Event days at Exhibition Place
The grounds host an unusual range of events: trade shows and consumer shows in the Enercare Centre, matches at BMO Field, events at Coca-Cola Coliseum, and the late-summer fair known as the CNE. Each one has its own pattern of arrivals, and each one deserves a different transport plan.
- Trade shows and conventions. Delegates, exhibitors and booth crews arrive in waves on the first day. A Sprinter or a pair of SUVs can move a booth team and its cases between the hotel and a nearby airport hotel or the show hall. See the trade show transportation page and the Enercare Centre page.
- Match and concert nights. Book the drop-off early and agree a return pickup point away from the main crowd flow. A short walk to the car can save thirty minutes of waiting.
- Large festivals. On the busiest days the surrounding roads close or become restricted. Ask the desk for the plan for the day when you book.
- Private events. Wedding parties and corporate dinners at the hotel use an Executive Sprinter for guests, a First Class Sedan for the principal, and a coordinator on the day. The event transportation page explains how we run it.
Large events and conventions may carry a different cancellation deadline, which is stated on your confirmation.

Honest comparison: getting between Hotel X and the airports
| Option | Typical time | Cost note | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hotel house car | Short | Complimentary within the hotel's stated 5 km radius and hours | Short hops to nearby places |
| Streetcar or transit plus UP Express | Variable; the train itself is about 28 minutes according to the operator | Lowest; as of 2026 the adult one-way UP Express fare is $12.35 | Light travellers with time and patience |
| Taxi | 30 to 60 minutes to Pearson | Metered | Spontaneous trips |
| Rideshare | 30 to 60 minutes plus waiting for a car | Surge-priced after events and at peak times | Short notice |
| Private chauffeur from Enroutz.ca | 30 to 50 minutes to Pearson, much shorter to Billy Bishop | Fixed fare via booker | Flights, groups, event days, early departures |
The honest answer for a solo traveller with a light bag on a quiet weekday is that UP Express works, once you reach Union Station. The honest answer after a match or a concert, or at five in the morning, is that a booked car is better, because other forms of transport cluster at the same time and place. For a thorough comparison, read the chauffeur versus rideshare guide.
Crowded nights: arriving early and leaving smart
Exhibition Place draws large crowds throughout the year. The simplest rule on a crowded night is to avoid arriving at the front door in the last twenty minutes before an event, and to avoid leaving at the same minute as everyone else. A chauffeur can drop you early, wait nearby and bring the car to the agreed spot as the event ends. The agreed pickup point is written on your confirmation.
Hosting guests from out of town
Companies that book Hotel X for a conference or an incentive trip often need a single point of contact for transport. The desk handles it: one booking reference, one invoice, and a dispatcher who knows which flights land when. See the meetings, incentives and conferences page and the corporate accounts page. A corporate account can be invoiced monthly, with cost-centre references on each ride.
Beyond Toronto
Hotel X can serve as a base for day trips. The usual requests are Niagara Falls, about 130 km away, and a day among the wineries. The Niagara Falls car service page and the private tours with driver page provide sample itineraries. If your trip continues to another country, enter any pickup worldwide in the booker; the desk confirms a fixed quote, and a vetted, licensed and commercially insured local chauffeur partner delivers the ride. You still receive one booking, one confirmation and one invoice from Enroutz.ca.
Discretion and privacy
Hotels with large event programmes host performers, athletes and executives. Enroutz.ca's chauffeurs do not photograph clients or post about trips, aliases can be used for bookings, and NDAs are signed on request. We are a chauffeur service, not a security company, and we do not provide armed drivers or bodyguards; we work alongside a client's own team.

The hotels hub lists the other addresses we serve. If your event is in the downtown core instead, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre page and the Westin Harbour Castle page cover that side of the waterfront.
