Pickup outside Canada? Enter it all the same, or send the itinerary to the desk: we confirm a fixed quote from a vetted local partner, on the same Enroutz.ca confirmation and invoice.
Landing in Toronto, or flying out to New York, London or Dubai? Enroutz.ca books the chauffeur at both ends: our own fleet in Toronto and Ontario, vetted licensed partners everywhere else, on one confirmation and one invoice.
1. Reservations and the confirmed fare
A reservation is confirmed when you receive an Enroutz.ca confirmation by email. The fare shown in the booker or in a written quote is the fare charged for the trip as booked. Changes you request during the trip, such as extra stops, extra hours or a different destination, are confirmed with you before they are applied.
2. Waiting time
Free waiting is 60 minutes after landing on international flights, 30 minutes on domestic flights and 15 minutes at other pickups. Airport pickups are flight-tracked and the pickup time follows the actual landing. Waiting beyond the free allowance is charged at the rate stated on the confirmation.
3. Cancellation
Measured from the scheduled pickup time:
- More than 72 hours' notice: no charge
- 72 hours or less: 10% of the reserved services
- 48 hours or less: 50%
- 24 hours or less, or no-show: 100%
Large conventions, festivals, race weekends and holiday dates may carry an earlier deadline, which is printed on the confirmation.
4. Rides outside Toronto and Ontario
Rides elsewhere in Canada and in the United States, Europe and the Middle East are delivered by licensed, insured partner operators and arranged, confirmed and invoiced by Enroutz.ca. Local laws and airport rules at the destination apply, including where vehicles may wait and pick up.
5. Passengers and conduct
Passengers must wear seat belts where required by law. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in vehicles. Alcohol rules follow local law. Damage or soiling caused by passengers may be charged at the cost of repair or cleaning. Child seats are supplied on request and must be requested at booking.
6. Luggage
The vehicle class you choose must suit the number of passengers and large bags. If the luggage does not fit safely, the desk will offer a larger vehicle at its fare.
7. Delays beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, border queues, road closures, airport or port operations, or other events beyond our control, and will do everything practical to keep the trip on time.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.
